Booking is completed 100% online, with two options: paid delivery with installation, or free Click & Collect with a 15-minute equipment walkthrough and handover at our depot.
The depot address is sent by email in the order confirmation. Rentals can also be arranged by quote on request.
If the equipment is unavailable, Impulso Kit will notify you by email and issue a full refund.
We deliver throughout Barcelona and up to 75 km around the city.
Equipment is handed over in person. You can also choose free Click & Collect, with a parking space available.
If equipment becomes unavailable, Impulso Kit may cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
Payment is made online when booking. A deposit may be required depending on the order; its payment link is emailed a few days before delivery.
It covers theft, loss, damage and missing accessories. Repair or replacement costs are based on market value.
No deposit has been charged in five years of rentals: bookings generally end without any deposit charge.
The deposit is returned within 48 hours after the equipment has been checked on return.
More than 15 days before the event: 100% refund. Between 96 hours and 15 days: 50% refund. Less than 96 hours: no refund.
Impulso Kit may also cancel due to force majeure or unavailability, with a full refund in case of unavailability.
Yes. Every kit is tested before each rental.
The renter agrees to use the equipment correctly, follow technical instructions, and not sublet or modify it.
Equipment must be returned complete, clean and in the same condition. It is checked when returned.
