These terms govern the rental of sound, lighting and accessory equipment by Impulso Kit. Placing a booking implies full acceptance of these terms. The equipment remains the exclusive property of Impulso Kit.

A booking is only valid once payment has been confirmed. Impulso Kit reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of unavailability.

The renter acknowledges receiving the equipment in perfect condition. A handover document may be signed. Any issue must be reported at the time of delivery.

The renter agrees to:

• use the equipment properly
• follow the technical instructions
• not sublet it to third parties

The following is prohibited:

• dismantling or modifying the equipment
• using it in a dangerous manner
• using it outdoors without protection (rain, humidity, extreme heat)

The rental lasts for the agreed period. In the event of a late return, one additional day will be charged for each day of delay.

The equipment must be returned:

• complete
• clean
• in the same condition

An inspection is carried out on return.

A security deposit may be required. It covers:

• theft
• loss
• damage
• missing accessories

Repair or replacement costs are calculated based on market value.

The renter is responsible for the equipment from delivery until return. Impulso Kit is not liable for:

• improper use
• indirect damages
• event interruptions

No insurance is included unless agreed in writing. The customer is responsible for insuring the equipment if deemed necessary.

• +15 days: 100% refund
• 96h–15 days: 50% refund
• under 96h: no refund

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Users may file a complaint with the competent authority (AEPD).

Neither party shall be liable for unforeseeable external causes.
